Venue Consulting

Whether you are still in the planning phase, or have been in business for years and are looking to freshen things up, we’re here for you! Based on our years of experience, we’ve seen the pitfalls many venue owners can stumble upon when opening a new space and can set you up for success from your very first event onwards.

Most of our projects begin in the construction phase, so we can help you determine the best flow for hosting events and make sure you have enough back-of-house space with the right specifications to make your vendors happy! From kitchen equipment to dressing suite needs, this is the time to make those decisions. From there, we’ll help you with pricing, rental inclusions, vendor relationships, what to include on your website and license agreements, and all the other important details clients look for when renting a venue. We’ll also start introducing your property to our wide network of industry pros to help spread the word. 

For existing venues, maybe you are looking to reach a new clientele or want to change how you rent your space or create more rules to protect your location from potential damage. We can help with that, too!

Venue Management

Ok, so now you have this beautiful space, but you’ve never worked in the events industry before. Or, you just don’t have the desire to be in the events business on a day-to-day basis, nor manage a whole events team. That’s where we come in! We handle everything from the initial inquiries and site tours to client and vendor communication throughout the planning process and have someone from our team on-site for the duration of each event to make sure all vendors and guests are adhering to the rules of the contract and that everything runs smoothly on the venue side of things. We make sure all payments are received, along with the proper insurance and permit requirements we’ve helped you determine during the consulting phase.

Our management services are also perfect for any spaces that operate as something other than a private events space - an art gallery, theater, music venue, etc… We can manage all the private event rentals for you so you can focus on your passion project. Plus, we love supporting the arts through private event rentals and make sure clients know that their rental fee is helping to fund these projects.

Industry Gatherings, Venue Launches, and FAM Trips

The relationships we have with our colleagues are incredibly important to us, and we love introducing new spaces to the right planners, designers, caterers, etc… We can curate a vendor team to best highlight your venue and invite the best of the best of our industry to enjoy everything your property has to offer.

For Couples

We offer initial planning consultations (vendor selection and contract reviews, along with general planning advice) and take on a couple of partial planning clients each season.
