  • Replies to all space rental inquiries

  • Schedules & Conducts venue tours for potential clients

  • Manages Calendar (including dates on hold)

  • Contracts/Payments for booked clients

  • Vendor Recommendations based on client’s needs

  • Maintains communication with booked clients during their planning process

  • Participates in Event Walkthrough with all vendors and day of site manager to ensure all venue regulations will be followed

  • Post-Event follow up with client

   

VENUE SCOUTING

  • Selection of 5 venues suited to your client’s preferred dates, location, capacity and budget, delivered within one week of retaining
  • Attendance at initial site visit

DAY OF & Month of COORDINATION

We will be taking on a select number of Day of & Month of Coordination clients each year, specializing in couples getting married in raw spaces or non-traditional venues. Please inquire for further details.
